Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Shaskiya Laghu Udyog Vikas Mahamandal AI Online Exam Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not attempt to bypass security measures or disable proctoring systems, access unauthorized areas of the portal or examination content, use automated systems or bots to access the service, distribute or share examination questions or answers, engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the portal's operation, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
All examination content, questions, materials, and software are the exclusive property of Shaskiya Laghu Udyog Vikas Mahamandal. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of portal content is prohibited. Users retain ownership of their submitted responses but grant us license to evaluate and store them. The portal name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks.
Examination Fees and Refunds
Examination fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical failures on our end or cancellation by the organization. Payment must be completed before examination access is granted. Fee structure and payment methods are published on the portal. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days with valid justification.
Results and Certification

AI Proctoring Consent
By registering for examinations, users consent to AI-powered monitoring including video recording, audio recording, screen capture, and behavioral analysis. Proctoring data is used solely for examination integrity verification. Users have the right to access their proctoring data upon request.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the examination fee paid by the user. We do not guarantee specific examination outcomes or certification benefits.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended periods of inactivity, or at user's request. Upon termination, access to examination history and materials will be revoked.
Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service with 30 days notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Examination schedules, fees, and policies may be updated periodically.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mediation. Legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state where the organization is registered.
